Me

About our Class: Art is usually 45 minutes a week, I am going to try and keep at home lessons as simple as I can using easy access supplies, if you can only do 10 minutes of art thats okay if you want to spend more time on a project thats great too! Do what you can, art is often a good way to relieve stress not make stress.
Every one can create, we create at our own pace and have different talents. Remember that art takes practice and time and is a skill you learn just like math or reading. It may be hard at first but keep trying! Mistakes a proof that your trying! I look forward to seeing your creations!

We Are continuing our art throughout the ages theme this week. This week is about expressionist and surrealist art taking place in the early 1900’s. Art during this time was not focused on being perfect or realistic it was more dreamlike and imaginative. Grades 2-5 can do the Salvador Dali portrait or the Surrealist animal activity.
