Penn SOL Test Schedule

  • March 18th - 5th Grade Integrated Reading and Writing Test
  • April 29th - 3rd, 4th, & 5th, Reading Test Part 1
  • April 30th - 3rd, 4th, & 5th, Reading Test Part 2
  • May 6th - 4th Grade Virginia Studies
  • May 7th - 5th Grade Science
  • May 12th - 3rd, 4th, & 5th, Math Test Part 1
  • May 14th - 3rd, 4th, & 5th, Math Test Part 2
  •  Expedited Retakes - May 26th - June 5th

PLEASE NOTE: This is the schedule for the majority of students. Some students testing in smaller groups will be tested on a different day.  Parents will be notified if their student is tested on different days. 

How Parents Can Help

  • Have your student be on time on testing days
  • Please schedule appointments on a different day if possible
  • Please don’t send them if they are sick. We have makeup days. 
  • Make sure they are well rested
  • Encourage your student to do their best
  • Celebrate that they did their best
